Inline Engineering Services has been built on people, relationships and integrity since 2001, held together by a belief that a business owes something to the communities that carry it.

From the earliest days we have trained, mentored and employed apprentices, and many have gone on to build long careers carrying the same standards with them. State Operations Manager Adam Morgan is the clearest example, starting as a trade assistant more than fourteen years ago and working through apprentice and supervisor into one of the most critical roles in the business. We also take on interns through the Intern Gateway program, giving emerging talent real workshop experience rather than a desk in the corner.
Port Hedland is where this business grew up, so that is where a good share of the support lands. A music scholarship at Hedland Senior High School, literacy programs at South Hedland Primary School, and sponsorship for the Swans Baseball Club, Hedland Teeball Association and Hedland Softball Association. Apprenticeship programs run with major mining operators have opened pathways for local tradespeople to build long term careers without leaving the region. Since 2015 we have also contributed $179,070 to the Type 1 Diabetes Breakthrough Research Foundation WA, funding research and advocacy aimed at better outcomes and ultimately a cure.
If we disappeared tomorrow, we would want people to remember the opportunities we created, the people we supported and the difference we made. At the end of the day, we want our community to miss us if we are not there.
Since 2019, through our partnership with the Mission Abundance Foundation, we have contributed more than $170,000 towards child sponsorship, community projects and the ongoing support of local ministry teams in Uganda. James Taylor and Siobhan Whalley have travelled there on three humanitarian missions to work alongside local leaders and see the results first hand. Across the Kyampisi and Nateete communities that support has funded a water bore serving roughly 4,000 people, medical camps delivering healthcare, and education and sponsorship programs helping children break the cycle of poverty.
