Labour arrives, and the first two days disappear into inductions, orientation and working out how the plant is put together. WA mechanical maintenance services supplied without a background in heavy industry turn your supervisors into trainers, and the productivity you paid for shows up near the end of the job.

The advantage of running two workshops is that on-site work does not stall when a component turns out to be scrap. Industrial mechanical maintenance WA sites run through Inline can have a part machined, a housing repaired or a shaft remade while the crew keeps moving through the rest of the scope on site.
We engineer it, machine it, rebuild it and install it on site. One team, one point of contact, one company accountable.
When we rebuild a gearbox and put it back on site, it is ours. If it leaks, if it is not right, we fix it. You get one answer from the team that did the work.
When a leading national engineering firm said a major job could not be done, we had a fix planned within weeks.
Planned shutdowns or breakdown recovery, we know the clock is money and we work to it.
Mining, marine and resource operators across Western Australia call Inline when the recovery clock is running.
A quarter century keeping WA's heavy plant running, and quality held to drawing tolerance across every run.
Removal, repair, machining, installation and alignment handled by the same company takes the coordination burden off your supervisors. On site maintenance contractors WA operators keep coming back to are the ones who take on the whole scope rather than the easy slice and leave the rest for somebody else.
Routine servicing sits in the maintenance calendar, while breakdowns land whenever they feel like it. WA plant mechanical maintenance from us covers both, out of Henderson for Perth, Kwinana and the South West, and out of Wedgefield for Port Hedland and the wider Pilbara, so response times stay realistic.
Machinists, fitters, boilermakers and riggers, with supervision where you want it. They work under your plan or ours, and Inline remains accountable for the standard of the work delivered.
Yes. We work regularly on Tier 1 mining, marine and processing sites and hold ISO 9001 certification. Send inductions, permits and site procedures with the scope and we will plan around them.
Where equipment cannot be moved we use portable equipment on site, and anything better done on a bench goes to Henderson or Wedgefield depending on which workshop is closer to you.
We do. Henderson services Perth, Kwinana, Bunbury and the South West, while Wedgefield covers Port Hedland and the wider Pilbara. We also travel to Geraldton and other heavy industry sites.
Yes. Regular site visits, scheduled servicing and shutdown work can all be planned in advance, which is far cheaper over time than responding to failures as they arrive.
It depends on location and crew availability, and we will be honest about timing when you call rather than promising something we cannot hold to once the job is booked.
Talk to the team that will still be standing behind it long after it is back on site.
