In order to facilitate a higher production rate, a new larger chute was required on one of our clients transfer stations and with the extra weight a heavier duty maintenance trolley needed to be designed and installed.
With our fabricators in Perth producing the trolley, handrails and lead out box and our Port Hedland workshop team manufacturing the wheels, pins and bushes, we stripped the old chute assembly out, welded in structural stiffeners and upgrade the whole transfer station to the new engineered requirements for its targeted higher run rate.
